Do I need a permit to install a new gas line?
Yes. In Washington State, a mechanical permit is required for any new gas piping installation, alteration, or extension. We handle the entire permit process for you and ensure all work passes inspection.
How do I know if I have a gas leak?
Signs of a gas leak include the smell of rotten eggs (added to natural gas as a safety measure), hissing sounds near gas lines, dead vegetation near a gas line, or higher-than-normal gas bills. If you suspect a leak, leave the area immediately and call us or your gas utility.
What appliances can you hook up?
We connect all gas-powered appliances including ranges, ovens, cooktops, dryers, water heaters, fireplaces, furnaces, BBQ grills, pool and spa heaters, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and standby generators.
Do you work with both natural gas and propane?
